*Pensioners must provide a copy of their current pension card to be eligible for the discounted rate
**The day tripper price includes access to the venue from 4pm-10pm on Thursday and from 8:30am-10pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and all meals except breakfast. Day trippers may attend for as many days of the Retreat as they wish.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your place. After completing the registration form, please wait for confirmation of your place and payment instructions.

A maximum of 48 full Retreat attendees can be accommodated using bottom bunks only. Additional day trippers welcome.
All bookings at Alexandra Park are subject to changes by regulatory bodies and the conditions of the approved COVID Safe Industry Plan.

- Rooms will sleep 3 people using bottom bunks only. No single rooms available.
- Each room has an ensuite.
- There is one wheelchair accessible room.
- All rooms have a small bar fridge.
- All rooms are lockable.
- Linen provided includes 2 sheets, 1 pillow & pillow case, 1 blanket and 1 towel per person. If you wish to visit the beach or go swimming, please bring your own beach towel.
Please note that this is a camp style venue. Meals will be basic but nutritious.
Full Retreat attendees: All meals from dinner on Thursday to breakfast on Monday are provided.
Day trippers: All meals except breakfast, from dinner on Thursday to dinner on Sunday are provided.
Food intolerances: Food intolerances will be catered for. Please include any intolerances on your registration form.
Snacks: Tea and coffee stations will be available in the meeting room and dining room throughout the Retreat. You are welcome to bring additional snacks however please remember fridge space is limited to a small bar fridge per room.
Just for fun, create a wearable item based on the Viking theme! This is completely optional but highly encouraged 🙂 Your wearable item will be displayed throughout the Retreat and can be worn for our fancy dress party.
Transport to and from the venue is your responsibility, however we do try to assist with car pooling from the airport. Please advise on the registration form if you require any assistance getting to and from the venue.

Workshop prices are dependent on the duration of the class PLUS kit costs (unless otherwise specified) .
We will be hosting a Mini Market on Friday 11 March and Sunday 13 March 2022. Vendors will be listed here as registrations are received.
